Template packs give a new store a running start. Applying a pack adds a set of ready-made checklists, temperature logs, or policies to your brand, based on common quick-service practice, so you can adapt a concrete starting point instead of beginning with a blank catalog. The content is editable starter material, not a certification or a substitute for local review.
What’s available
QSR opening & closing checklists
Three daily checklists: opening, closing, and prep. They seed common shift routines and can be edited to match the equipment, menu, staffing, and sign-off process at each operation.
Food-safety temperature logs
Two daily Fahrenheit logs: one for cooler and freezer readings, and one for hot-holding and cooking readings. The seeded copy labels its starting ranges against US FDA Food Code targets; it does not prove that those fields, ranges, or frequencies meet another jurisdiction’s requirements.
Starter policy pack
Three editable policies covering food safety and hygiene, employee conduct, and opening and closing procedures. They are drafting material, not adopted workplace policy by themselves.
Applying a pack
A pack’s contents are created as normal, editable records in your brand — once applied, you can change titles, add or remove items, and deactivate or remove material you do not use. Applying a pack is safe to repeat for the same catalog slugs: existing items are skipped and only missing ones are created. Reapplying can therefore complete a pack that stopped partway through without duplicating the items already present.
Packs can be selected during workspace onboarding. Later, users with brand-authoring access can start from a pack on an eligible empty checklist, temperature-log, or policy catalog. Pack content is created at brand scope so it can serve the brand’s stores.
